Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty tools and all original accessories into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to JRL

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
